Our mission
A calm, evidence-based case for a kinder plate — in every language we can reach.
{site} exists because most of the strongest arguments for eating fewer animals — moral, ecological, medical, economic — sit in academic papers, dense reports and English-only publications. We translate that evidence into a conversation you can have over dinner, across eleven editions and a dozen categories.
We aren't neutral about the destination. We are relentless about the honesty of the road there: citing sources, labelling opinion, showing our working. If you disagree, you should be able to argue with the numbers, not with a caricature.
